Hi,
I’m Sarah,
founder and executive coach of Gillet Couto Consulting.
Hi,
I’m Sarah,
founder and executive coach of Gillet Couto Consulting.
Taking the next step as a business leader and getting to the next level starts with happiness
Who are you truly meant to be, and what do you love doing that makes you happy? Life is too important to be stuck unfulfilled in your work.
I started Gillet Couto Consulting because I saw the power of helping someone go in the right direction with their career. After being a senior leader in the banking industry for 18 years, it was a coach who inspired me to think beyond what was beyond my comfort zone.
I was miserable in my last position, but I loved banking. The last job I was in was not a good fit and in all honesty, it destroyed me emotionally.
I wasn’t happy with where I was.
And, since you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re not as happy as you could be with your work as well.
You deserve to be happy. You deserve to do work you love, work that makes you jump out of bed and come alive with each new opportunity.
Life is more meaningful when we measure and appreciate the sum of who you are: how you communicate as an executive, your relationships, your energy style, and most importantly, your core purpose.
My approach to executive coaching is about helping someone become better at who they are in the totality of life, not just work. You need to be happy in life and at work, an authenticity and peace your subconscious is craving. It may be why your life is more disruptive than you like. An issue at home that isn’t taken care of will spill into how you lead your organization and team.
You need peace. You need a plan to know what to do. You need to know when and how to have freedom, not feel the constant weight of your work on your shoulders. You need to be at your best because life is too short for ‘good enough’.
You may have never heard this before, and you may not even believe me, but executives are allowed to have happy, meaningful, peace-centered lives. It’s not necessarily laughing more (although I personally laugh a lot); it’s about feeling confident and at peace with your work.
If you are tired of feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, and out of place as an executive, then we should talk. If you want a fresh perspective and hope, that’s why I’m here to serve you.
Because I believe your life is better when you’re free to pursue what matters the most to you.
